Michelle Graziani made sure from the very beginning that her goal was to help us find the right home for us in the Frederick area. She was attentive without being pushy. She listened to what we were saying about the house we were looking for and all the criteria and price. She was a pleasure to work with. A rewarding experience.

As a new home buyer we had many questions and Kayla patiently walked us through the process. She explained details and terms that were unfamiliar to us and was honest enough to find answers to a few questions she did not know. We had to work with Katelyne remotely and she became our eyes, ears, and nose for every house we were interested in seeing. If we had a question as to whether a price was fair she would offer comps so we can make the judgment call if we thought the home in question was worth asking price or not.

When we finally found the house she truly had our best interest in mind as she guided us through inspections and navigated the deals that would be necessary for the work that would be required.

All her work culminated in scheduling the time to be on the phone as we signed the settlement documents so she could answer any questions which arose, and there were questions which she expertly answered.

Where do I begin? Well, let's say Mike and Janet Burch a two of the most outstanding agents I have ever met. I wouldn't trade their work ethics or even their friendship for nothing. They listen they provided. Dave gave me some knowledge. My parents are not here. they're deceased. I didn't have the guidance to purchase a home and Janet and Mike gave me that and I appreciate both of them so much. This is not a work relationship. This became a family relationship because that's what I consider them to be is my family kudos to Mike and Janet I will always love both of them . They help me find my dream and I'm living it. To whom ever reads this I want you to feel how I feel right now joy I'm crying as I'm doing this, but I am so happy I couldn't be more happier. I have my single-family home.

Larry is an excellent realator for folks that are new to the home buying experience. His knowledge on various home maintenance tasks really helped educate us on what the total cost of ownership would look like.

Lauren is a great resource and truly wonderful to work with. She also has really good insight on strategy, location and presentation, was a tremendous help with selling our house and finding us a new home, all while juggling our kids and various moving needs. Lauren is also very genuine, and does care about what we want, she is always willing to listen to our priorities and find options that meet our needs.

Stacy Reno was the best! As a first time buyer, she was invaluable. She talked me through the whole process, answering all my questions and pointing me in the right direction to get the answers I needed for anything that she didn't know. She made one of the most stressful times in a person's life super easy, even though I was shopping for a new home from 200 miles away. She not only became my realtor but one of my first friends in Frederick. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Marylou was fantastic to work with. She is friendly, energetic, gracious and honest. She made the house hunting process fun in this extremely competitive market. She always answers her phone and was able to get us in to preview 2 homes before they ever went on to the market. Once we found a home, the process took a totally unexpected turn, far outside of anyone's control. Marylou was able to get everything back on track in a fast and professional manner. I feel we have made a friend in the process and we would highly recommend her to friends and family.

we only had about 2 or 3 open houses, Dotti did all the leg work, there didn't seem to be a high demand in Maugansville for houses even though it's close to major interstates, but we came up with a price and stuck with it and Dotti made it happen, no other nouses in area sold for even close to what she was able to get for us. GREAT JOB!!!
